WordPress Listing API with Custom Post Type

I would like a WordPress expert to develop a custom post type and link it to a WooCommerce subscription product.
There has to be a custom API endpoint to pay for the WooCommerce subscription product and create a listing with a custom post type at the same time. Another endpoint should show details of the WooCommerce subscriptions under the user ID and provide another endpoint to renew. If a user does not renew and pay, the listing will be put under draft status.
In addition to that, the custom post type should have comments converted to reviews with the ability of the user to post media and ratings alongside their review feedback.
