Project goal
Rebuild the back-end of an LMS WordPress website for enhanced performance, stability, and functionality, while preserving all existing data.
Scope of work
- Rebuild the website for improved stability, performance, and reliability. - Maintain all user data and orders during the overhaul. - Ensure website compatibility across various devices (iPhones, Tablets, MacBooks, Windows PCs) without errors. - Implement custom invoicing with VAT for customers and send a copy to the owner. - Enable users to write and save notes on the course's video page. - Automate the change of user roles post-purchase to a custom role. - Create instructor and student dashboards for tracking progress, payments, and saved videos. - Restrict direct URL access to uploads. - Optimize the use of lightweight themes and plugins. - Enhance LMS functionalities including separate video uploads by instructors and MCQs under videos. - Migrate all course, user, and other data to the new system. - Incorporate dark mode and a language toggle between Arabic and English. - Add an optional offline video access feature.
