WordPress Header & Styling Fix Traveler Theme

WordPress Developer – Header Optimisation & Site Styling (ThemeForest Traveler Theme)
Project Overview
I am using the ThemeForest Traveler Theme (Travel Booking WordPress Theme) for my business, Todd Tours. I’ve customised the header via CSS to achieve a specific "Slim" look on Desktop, but these overrides have caused a display error in the mobile browser top menu (see screenshot).
I need a developer to clean up my Custom CSS, ensure the site is fully responsive and compatible across all browsers (including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox), and "lock in" specific brand formatting across the tour and blog pages.
Important Note on Existing CSS:
Custom CSS has been entered in two locations:
WordPress > Traveler > Theme Options > Styling Options > Custom CSS
WordPress > Appearance > Customise > Additional CSS
I suspect the Traveler Theme Styling Options are dominant, but they don't seem to be in full control, which is likely causing some of the styling conflicts.
Brand Assets & Colours
Please use the following specific values for all styling tasks:
Primary Brand Green: #01622D
Primary Brand Font: Montserrat
Secondary Brand Font: Playfair Display (for specific titles)
Dark Grey (for body text/details): #333333
White: #ffffff
Technical Issues & Formatting Tasks
1. Global Header & Mobile Fixes
Mobile Logo & Menu Positioning: On mobile, the logo needs to be smaller than the desktop version and moved to the top middle of the screen. The hamburger menu should be positioned cleanly to the side (ensure no overlapping).
Mobile Menu Functionality: The mobile dropdown isn’t working properly. It needs to be a clean, vertical list that appears only when the hamburger is tapped.
2. Cross-Browser & OS Compatibility
The site must be tested and fixed for display issues across all browsers (including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox) and major operating systems (OS X, Windows, Android, and iPhone).
Greyed-Out Browser Issue: On iPhone, both Chrome and Firefox are showing a "greyed-out" overlay. (This may be a conflict with the cookie plugin).
Samsung Mobile Error: On Samsung phones, the homepage tour search menu (overlaying the main image) is formatting incorrectly. (See attached screenshots).
3. Functional & Styling Tweaks
ABN Number: Stop browsers from detecting the ABN as a phone link and fix the formatting so it stays on one single line (currently splitting into two).
Global Text Color: Change all Black text on the site to brand Green: #01622D.
Individual Tour Pages:
Change the description body content for "Duration", "Languages", and "Group Size" from white text to Dark Grey (#333333).
Main featured images need to be unique for each tour (I will provide photos).
Homepage Search Menu: Under the "More" button, change the white text to Dark Grey (#333333).
Signup Page: Fix the broken "Privacy Policy" link.
4. Blog Formatting & Layout
Blog Index Title: The title over the main image needs to be White and use Montserrat font. Standardise the size to match other page titles.
Individual Blog Posts:
Change article titles to Dark Grey (#333333).
Change "Travel" category text (currently blue) to Green: #01622D.
Change red "swiggle" icons to Green: #01622D.
Change "Latest News" text to "More Articles".
Remove "Comment (0)" and "Learn More About Tours".
Future-Proofing: Update the theme’s blog settings so all future posts follow this format automatically.
5. Site Footer
I can't locate the Footer in the WordPress backend. Please find it and show me how to access it.
Requirements
Expertise in WordPress, PHP, and CSS/Sass.
Direct experience with the ThemeForest Traveler Theme.
High proficiency in troubleshooting cross-browser rendering bugs (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
All code must be cleaned up and consolidated into a Child Theme or a single CSS location with clear comments.
Deliverables
A fully responsive site that works perfectly across all browsers with a "slim" desktop header and centered mobile logo.
Standardised formatting for all Blog and Tour pages.
A brief explanation of the Footer location.
