We are currently facing issues with lead generation from our website. Despite having approximately 700 project pages, each with lead generation forms, we are not receiving any leads. Additionally, there are dead links on the site that need urgent attention.
We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to audit, manage, and customize user intake forms—primarily built using Profile Builder and Contact Form 7—and to resolve underlying technical issues affecting performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve issues preventing lead submissions from reaching us.
Connect and configure intake forms across ~700 project pages to ensure they are functional and properly routed.
Identify and fix dead links throughout the website.
Optimize form performance with:
Conditional logic
Custom redirects after submission
Robust spam protection
Parse and export form submissions into structured formats (preferably CSV).
Ensure all forms are:
SEO-compliant
Accessible and user-friendly on all devices
Requirements:
Proficient in WordPress, especially with Contact Form 7, Profile Builder, and other form plugins.
Deep understanding of WordPress form architecture, conditional logic, and field mapping.
Experience with SEO best practices and WCAG accessibility standards.
Clean, maintainable WordPress development (no bloated plugins or custom code conflicts).
Familiar with integrating web forms with external systems or internal databases.
Nice to Have:
Ability to implement analytics or tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager) to monitor form performance.
Experience with performance optimization and reducing form abandonment rates.
