WordPress Firewall Fix & SMS Integration

We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to help us with two tasks related to our website:
Task 1: Wordfence Firewall Plugin Issue
Our WordPress website is experiencing an issue with the Wordfence firewall plugin. When our site is attempted to be accessed by someone from a blocked IP address multiple times, our legitimate users are unable to log in. We have to disable and re-enable the plugin each time this happens to allow our users to regain access. We need this issue to be investigated and resolved to ensure uninterrupted access for our legitimate users.
Task 2: SMS Platform Integration
We would like to set up an SMS platform that allows us to send and receive text messages using phone numbers obtained from Twilio. We are considering the following WordPress plugins for this integration:
a) SMS Two Way Plugin
b) WP SMS Plugin
c) WP Twilio Core Plugin and Bulk SMS Plugin
We are also open to using other WordPress plugins that can effectively handle our SMS text messaging communications. The goal is to achieve seamless integration between our WordPress site and Twilio, enabling us to send and receive SMS text messages using multiple Twilio phone numbers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with WordPress development and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Wordfence firewall plugin and its configurations
- Knowledge of SMS integration with WordPress and Twilio
- Ability to recommend and implement the most suitable SMS plugin for our needs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Timely completion of the tasks and responsiveness to feedback
