I'm seeking a WordPress and Elementor expert to analyze and resolve speed performance issues that are affecting my entire website. Despite my own efforts, which included installing a caching plugin, image optimization, and minimizing JavaScript and CSS files, my website remains slow.

Ideal candidate should posses:
