WordPress + Elementor Developer Needed (Multi-Site Build, Shared Design System, GoHighLevel Integration)

Job Description

I’m hiring an experienced WordPress + Elementor developer to build and migrate multiple related websites that are part of a divorce support ecosystem.

This is not a design-from-scratch project.
This is a system build using shared templates, shared navigation, and a locked design system across sites.

You must be comfortable working independently, following detailed instructions, and delivering clean, conversion-focused work without constant back-and-forth.

Overview of the System

We are building multiple WordPress sites that all share:

The same page templates

The same fonts and color system

The same header and footer

The same navigation menu (links between sites)

Only the logo, copy, imagery, and primary CTA change per site.

All sites will connect to one GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM for form capture and lead management.

Sites in Scope
Site 1 (Priority / Master Template)

DivorceRealEstate.com

This site defines the master structure and conversion logic that will be reused across all other sites.

Site 2

AfterDivorce.care

This site uses the same structure but with a softer emotional tone and different CTA.

Site 3

CooperativeDivorces.com

Same structure again, legal-focused copy and CTA.

Platform & Tools (Must-Have Skills)

You must have experience with:

WordPress (self-hosted)

Elementor Pro

Astra Theme (free)

Creating and reusing Elementor templates

Responsive/mobile-first design

Clean, fast layouts (no bloated plugins)

Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta, alt text)

Staging environments

GoHighLevel form embedding or webhook integration

Bonus (not required but preferred):

GoHighLevel workflows or pipelines

SiteGround hosting

Squarespace → WordPress migrations

Design System (Locked – Do Not Redesign)

Layout Rules

Same header, footer, spacing, and section order across all sites

No custom animations

No sliders

No video embeds

No creative redesigns

You will be given example mockups and copy. Your job is execution, not reinvention.

Master Page Structure (Used Everywhere)

You will build this once and reuse it via Elementor templates:

Header (shared menu)

Hero section (headline, subhead, CTA or form)

Trust / credibility section

Process / steps section

Services / support cards (3 max)

Primary CTA (repeat)

Footer (shared links)

This structure is non-negotiable.

Each site will have 4 core pages, built using shared templates:

GoHighLevel Integration (Required)

Each site must:

Embed GoHighLevel forms OR connect via webhook

Tag leads by site source

Send all leads into a single GHL account

You do not need to build complex workflows.
You do need to ensure forms function correctly and pass data cleanly.

Migration Requirement (DivorceRealEstate.com Only)

Migrate the existing Squarespace site to WordPress

Clean up layout and copy during migration

Replace the homepage with the new master conversion template

Old content can be reused where appropriate

Hosting & Access

Hosting is on SiteGround

You will work on a staging environment first

I will review and approve before anything goes live

You will receive limited admin access (no user deletion or billing access)

Budget & Timeline

Rate: $15–$22 per hour

Estimated hours per site: 15–20

Target cost: ~$300 per site

Start: Within 48 hours

Completion: 7–10 days for first site, faster for clones

Scope is tightly defined. Any additional work must be quoted separately.

This is a disciplined system build, not a custom art project.
