WordPress + Elementor + Crocoblock Developer for Multi-Directory Platform (with Performance Optimization)

Project Requirements:
1. Directory Development (Crocoblock / JetEngine)

Create and design multiple dynamic directories, including:

Service Professionals Directory

Job Recruitment & Listings Directory

Event Listings Directory

Real Estate / Property Classifieds Directory

Each directory should have:

Custom post types & custom fields (JetEngine)

Search & filtering (JetSmartFilters)

Listing layouts (JetEngine listings + Elementor templates)

2. User Membership & Submission System

Users should be able to register and subscribe to a paid membership plan

Subscribers can submit and manage their own listings through front-end forms

Admin can review / approve submissions

Clear user dashboard for managing listings

3. Geolocation Functionality

Implement location-based search + map view

Show nearest professionals / listings based on user location

May require integration with Google Maps API / OpenStreetMap / JetEngine Map listings

4. Design & UI/UX

Directory pages must match the existing site style

Built using Elementor Pro

Clean, modern, user-friendly UI

Performance & Optimization Requirements (Important):

The developer must have strong technical and backend performance optimization skills:

Experience working on LiteSpeed servers (current setup)

Database backend: MariaDB

Familiarity with LiteSpeed Cache settings & optimization strategy

Ability to use and configure Asset CleanUp Pro to reduce unused CSS/JS

Custom coding when needed (PHP, JavaScript) to avoid heavy plugin load

Optimize directory queries to ensure fast filtering and page loading

Implement image optimization and caching best practices

Required Skills:

Strong WordPress & Elementor Pro expertise

Advanced Crocoblock (JetEngine, JetFormBuilder, JetSmartFilters, Listings)

Experience setting up front-end listings submission

Membership & subscription systems (WooCommerce, Paid Memberships Pro, or similar)

PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom fixes and logic

Page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals familiarity

Geolocation & Map-based filtering experience a plus

Clear and responsive communication
