WordPress Elementor Contact Form Integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Our webpage uses WordPress Elementor, and we need to integrate a contact form with Microsoft Dynamics. The primary goal of this integration is to generate a Lead in Dynamics and send an email to our info account. We also need some custom fields in the contact form, similar to our previous HubSpot form, which can be seen here: https://zagitas.com/contact-us2/ The form should support two languages, as our webpage does.
