Project Overview

We are building a premium marketplace platform that connects investors with vetted tech startups.

Design reference: The visual and UX direction should take https://mumtalakat.sa/en/ as the primary reference for style, layout, and information architecture — clean, corporate, trustworthy, and highly polished. The final product must feel similarly premium while remaining focused exclusively on tech startups. The platform allows investors to browse tech companies, view detailed profiles, and submit interest through structured onboarding forms. Startups will create detailed profiles, upload legal/financial documents, and apply to be listed.

The product will be bilingual (Arabic & English), modern, secure, and scalable. Hosting is already purchased on Hostinger.com and the domain is fully configured and ready for deployment.

The goal is to create a trustworthy, polished platform similar in quality to leading investment portals but focused exclusively on tech startups.

What We Need

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer & Designer who can:

Design and develop the full platform (frontend + backend)

Create a premium, professional UI/UX

Implement complex multi-step onboarding flows

Ensure responsive design and excellent performance

Deliver a clean, scalable codebase

This is not a basic website — we want a serious product that can evolve into a full investment ecosystem.

Investor Side

Browse tech startups with filters (industry, stage, country, funding size)

Startup profile pages with key information

Multi-step investor onboarding form

Ability to select a startup and submit interest

Choice of introduction method:

Receive PDF via WhatsApp/Email (within 24h)

Live introduction (within 3 working days)

Multi-step startup onboarding system

Ability to create a detailed startup profile

Upload legal documents (CR PDF)

Upload company profile and images

Input financial and operational data

Admin approval before public listing

Review & approve/reject startups

Technical Requirements (MANDATORY)

This project MUST be built 100% using WordPress. Proposals suggesting other frameworks (React, Laravel, custom PHP frameworks, Webflow, Wix, etc.) will be rejected.
