We are building a feature-rich, multi-user platform MVP using WordPress, designed around a professional services ecosystem. The entire project is modular, leveraging existing free plugins (no custom core plugin development required) with strong front-end UX and functional dashboards.
You will not be creating the concept, but assembling and customizing the platform based on a complete, detailed build plan — including user flow maps, plugin stack, structure, UI logic, and admin systems. You’ll work in structured phases with pre-defined deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Set up WordPress on staging (theme, core plugin stack, layout structure)
Build dynamic dashboards for multiple user types (using view-based logic)
Implement listings for jobs, services, education modules, gigs, tasks
Integrate payment system using Stripe (via WooCommerce or Simple Pay)
Build out messaging, chat, disputes, arbitration trigger logic
Configure affiliate logic (first-time + lifetime revenue tracking)
Add search, filters, badges, recommendations, reviews, gamification
Configure backups, email, caching, logging, automation flows
Complete testing, UX polish, responsiveness, and QA
You Must Have:
Proven WordPress experience with multi-role or SaaS-style builds
Elementor, BuddyPress, WP Job Manager, WooCommerce experience
Strong front-end sense for mobile layout and clean UI
Ability to follow a detailed spec without reinventing the wheel
Plugin troubleshooting and staging environment fluency
Basic knowledge of automation tools like Uncanny Automator
Ability to work within time and budget boundaries without over-engineering
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with LearnDash, Tutor LMS, WPForms
Experience building platforms involving gigs, learning, or talent matching
Ability to communicate in clear, weekly check-ins
Creative eye for layout and dashboard component UX
