WordPress Developer Needed – Full MVP Platform Build (12 Weeks, Plugin-Based, Feature-Complete)

Project Overview:
We are building a complex, feature-rich MVP platform using WordPress. The platform will offer multi-role user interaction (freelancers, clients, service providers, learners, and mentors) through a dynamic and scalable plugin-based infrastructure. This is not a blog or basic business site — it is a full application-level system implemented using WordPress as the core engine.
We have a full development blueprint including system architecture, user flow logic, feature breakdowns, plugin stack, and launch plan. You will not be required to invent any new features — only to follow a detailed spec, implement the components cleanly, and polish the platform for launch.
Timeline and Budget:
360 hours over 12 weeks (approx. 30 hours/week)

Layout structure with top nav + sidebar dashboards
Waitlist landing page with email capture integration
GDPR cookie compliance
Phase 2: Core Modules
Job board with paid listings and application logic
Freelance contract system with milestones
Gigs and service marketplace with search and filtering
Learning management (courses, quizzes, badges, live classes)
Tasker and local services boards
Volunteer and beginner-only role segments
Phase 3: Profiles and Dashboards
Modular user profiles with trust score, badges, showcase, video, CV
Switchable dashboards for different roles (freelancer, employer, mentor, etc.)
Affiliate dashboard with earnings and referral data
Notifications, bookmarks, onboarding prompts
Phase 4: Transactions and Monetization
Stripe integration for all services
Escrow hold/release logic
WooCommerce setup for paid listings, upgrades, and bundles
Affiliate logic: 25% initial fee + 5% lifetime referral

Required Skills:
Advanced WordPress development (multi-role systems, plugin integration)
Experience building SaaS-style or application-level WordPress projects
Strong front-end layout skills with Elementor or similar
WooCommerce, Stripe, and automation plugins
Familiarity with LMS and user dashboard structures
Ability to follow complex specifications and execute to milestone deadlines
Strong communication and project tracking ability
Bonus (not required but valued):
Familiarity with BuddyPress or BuddyBoss
Experience with performance tuning and caching
Experience building hybrid mobile apps from WordPress APIs
Fluent in REST API and JSON formatting
