WordPress Developer Needed – Car Listing Website + Scraper + Dealer & Customer Portal
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a skilled WordPress developer to complete my project FindUsedCarz.com, a UAE-based used car listing platform.
The previous developer only finished a small part (About Us, Contact Us, part of Home Page). Now I need a professional to build the full system from scratch inside WordPress.
The website must scrape car listings from 10 sources (Dubizzle, YallaMotor, Carswitch, Cars24, Automall, Kavak, Albacars, Carnab, Opensooq, Lindacars) and allow dealers and customers to use the platform with their own accounts.
This project must be fully functional on normal WordPress hosting (no VPS). The scraper and automation must run automatically on the server, not on my personal computer.
Project Requirements
Scraper System
Scrape car listings from 10 websites.
Scraper must:
Run automatically on the server (daily/weekly).
Handle up to 100k listings per day.
Be optimized and not overload shared hosting.
Remove duplicates.
Update changed prices and mark sold cars as inactive.
Admin dashboard controls for scraper:
ON/OFF toggle for each website.
Status light ( working / failed).
Manual “Run Scraper Now” button.
Button to view listings from each source.
Listings System
Every listing must display:
1 image.
Car name (make + model + year).
Price.
Location.
Mileage.
Source link button (redirect to original site).
All Listings Page:
Filters (price, brand, model, year, mileage, location).
Search bar.
Pagination or infinite scroll.
SEO-friendly URLs.
Home Page:
Search bar with filters.
Featured or Latest listings.
“Browse All Cars” button.
“Dealer Sign Up” button.
Disclaimer text box.
Brands Page:
Hover menu with all brands.
All Brands page with A–Z grid of brands.
Dealer System
Dealer Sign Up & Login.
Admin can approve/reject dealer accounts.
Dealer Dashboard must include:
Add Car form.
My Listings (Active, Pending, Rejected, Sold).
Leads/Enquiries (messages from customers).
Profile Settings (logo, contact info, company details).
Analytics (views, leads, stats).
Subscription/Payments (future-ready, not needed now).
Bulk Upload via Excel/CSV:
Dealers download a template.
Fill in details (brand, model, year, price, mileage, location, transmission, fuel, condition, tags, image URLs).
Upload template to add multiple cars.
If auto mode → publish instantly.
If manual mode → admin approval needed.
Error report if import fails.
Missing image URLs → dealer can upload manually later.
Dealer Deletion & Tracking:
Mark cars as sold/deleted.
Cars disappear from frontend but remain stored as inactive.
Dealer stats: total cars, active, inactive, sold.
Public Dealer Page:
Shows dealer details + their cars + contact button.
Customer System
Customer Sign Up & Login.
Option to “favourite” cars.
“My Favourites” page to manage saved cars.
Leads & Enquiries
Each car has a “Contact Dealer” button.
Customer fills enquiry form (name, email, phone, message).
Leads go into Dealer Dashboard → Leads tab.
Dealer receives email notification.
Admin can view all leads.
