WordPress Developer and Consultant Needed

I am currently looking for a WordPress developer and consultant to help with completing a design and migration from a subdomain development site to our main production website. I am needing a knowledgeable person with CSS experience who can provide advice on various WordPress options and best practices (i.e., Categories vs. Pages). This new design is approximately 75% complete and need an expert to help complete the project in an efficient time window.

Disclosure: I DO NOT need a new website design created.
