WordPress Database to External Database

Hi,
Looking for someone to set up a Database Management System on my VPS and then link my WordPress MySQL (phpmyadmin) to the external Database located on the VPS. I do not want to move the database, I only want to replicate the tables on an external instance without affecting WordPress tables at all.
