WordPress Custom Plugin that integrates with DropBox

Our Customer needs an integration between WordPress and DropBox, and we are going to need a custom plug-in where they can register new clients, each creation of a new client will create a folder structure within DropBox, this folder structure will be shared to the client's email so they can upload their documents.

This folder structure should be preconfigured withing wordpress, depending on the type of client that is register is the type of folder structure that needs to be created.
