WordPress Custom Comment Integration Repair

I have a custom WordPress comment system that needs urgent fixing. It's similar to Disqus but self-hosted. The system currently has several issues hindering its performance:

- Prioritization: The immediate concern is to fix the issue where the entire website gets embedded instead of just the comment component.
- Current Method: The comments are being embedded using an iframe through a WordPress plugin.
