WordPress Content Creation & Page Setup for a polling website

Hi All,
I have a website which requires around 1000 pages and all pages should have options to vote by the end users for different categories.
These categories or what needs to be polled to be properly researched and based on the software Industry trends.
Most of the content should be Chat GPT, so only topics and around 11 points should be properly updated on a WordPress site.
I will provide the Checklist for what is to be added.
The person should be well versed with WordPress and have insight into the IT industry and Google keyword search, so he can find out the right topics to generate a page for the poll.
I require assistance with the technical setup of these new pages on my WordPress site. The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficient experience with WordPress
- Skills in content generation using ChatGPT
- Familiarity with IT industry insights
- Expertise in SEO and keyword research
- Ability to carry out technical setups efficiently
