WordPress Click Tracking and GTM Setup

I'm seeking a seasoned web developer to assist me in enhancing my WordPress site. The project involves screen sharing and utilizing Google Tag Manager (GTM) for the following tasks:
- Setting cookies to track user clicks on links leading to external sites.
- Monitoring user activities on external sites, specifically my other WordPress site, to track their spending.
- Configuring a statistics template that reports clicks on a monthly basis, categorized by external sites and including expenditures.
- Implementing consent mode settings and creating a consent mode pop-up with choices for site visitors.
The primary focus of this project is tracking user clicks to external sites. You must be highly proficient in using Google Tag Manager, as this is the preferred method for tracking. We will be tracking user spending on one external site.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with WordPress and GTM.
- Strong understanding of user tracking and cookie setup.
