WordPress/CWP Expert Needed for API Configuration (URGENT)

My WooCommerce WordPress site is currently blocking PUT requests and DELETE requests, preventing necessary API interactions. I need a WordPress and Control-WebPanel (CWP) security expert to configure the site to allow all external connections for these requests, but only for one authenticated user login.
Key Requirements:
- Enable API access to a standard WooCommerce site
- Configure site to allow all external connections for PUT and DELETE requests, but only for authenticated users
- Test and verify configuration using tools like Postman (e.g. Create user, create Woo product SKU)
Current Configuration:
- The site uses Basic Auth for authentication
- PUT and DELETE requests should be allowed only under authentication, and for all endpoints
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with WordPress and Control-WebPanel (CWP)
- some understanding of WooCommerce
- Proficient in using Postman for API testing
- Knowledgeable in security configurations for WordPress sites
