WordPress Blog Site Build + SEO Setup for Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm

We are REPRIME GROUP, a commercial real estate investment firm that acquires properties across 30+ states. We need a professional WordPress blog site built with rock-solid SEO foundations. The primary goal is organic search rankings — we will be publishing 2-3 blog posts per week and need every post to have the best chance of ranking on Google.
WHAT WE HAVE:
- WordPress already installed on Microsoft Azure hosting
- Company logo and brand assets ready
- Content will be created by our team — you are building the platform, not writing content
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. WordPress Theme Setup & Design
- Clean, professional, institutional design (think McKinsey or Brookings blog — NOT a flashy marketing site)
- GeneratePress, Astra, Kadence, or your recommendation for fastest/most SEO-friendly theme
- Brand colors: Blue #0e3470, Gold #caa67e
- Font: Inter (Google Fonts)
- Mobile-first, responsive, 90+ Google PageSpeed score required
- No bloated page builders (no Elementor, no Divi)
2. Pages Needed
- Blog listing homepage (latest posts with excerpts, pagination)
- Single post template (clean reading experience, 720px max content width, excellent typography)
- Category archive pages
- About page (company overview with link to our main site reprime.com)
- Submit Your Opportunity page (lead capture form for property owners — fields: Full Name, Email, Phone, Property Address, Property Type dropdown, Asking Price, Additional Notes. Form submissions should be stored in WordPress admin and send email notification)
- Invest With Us page (simple inquiry form: Name, Email, Phone, Investment Interest, Message. Same admin storage and email notification)
- Contact page
3. SEO Setup (CRITICAL — this is the most important part)
- Rank Math or Yoast fully configured (we prefer Rank Math)
- XML sitemap generated and ready for Google Search Console submission
- Schema markup: Organization (site-wide), BlogPosting (on posts), BreadcrumbList (all pages), LocalBusiness
- Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags auto-generated
- Canonical URLs on all pages
- Proper robots.txt
- Clean permalinks: /post-slug/ (no dates, no archives)
- Breadcrumbs with schema
- Fast loading — no render-blocking resources, lazy load images, minimal CSS/JS
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy (one H1 per page)

5. Admin Experience
- Easy to publish new posts with SEO meta fields visible
- Form submissions viewable in dashboard with status tracking
