WordPress Back End Expert - Data Driven/Understands Conversion

My small team and I have already completed the brand development and wire frames but now we need help with the back end - WordPress expertise is a must. We are looking for someone who is data driven, and capable of understanding the complexities of sales/conversion optimization. A background in digital marketing is helpful, as is working with "local businesses" websites. Time is of essence here, as we are trying to meet a deadline, Sept 20th if possible. Client is a wellness retreat in Canada. This project requires an advanced level of data-driven complexity, so this person needs to have the experience and knowledge to carry it out.
