2. I want someone to not recommend but make necessary changes in the admin section/C-Panel area etc.
3. I want the freelancer to do keyword research, header tags optimisation, Robots.txt, Competitor analysis, Sitemap.xml, Internal Link optimisations, Title, keyword, description of main pages, Google Analytics setup, Alt Tag optimisation, Content Duplicity check, Initial back link analysis, Google penalty check, Google webmaster tools, canonicalization.
4. Work with me on a long term basis to recommend necessary changes from time to time.
5. The expert should also make sure that the website is 100% compatible on all devices after making the changes.
6. The WP developer/SEO expert should know all plugins like Yoast / Cache etc required to do the following.
