Word Press Google Page Insight Performance fix

Hello,
We have this site athens-360.com which is optimized with WP ROCKET and was getting +90 in speed in Google Page Insight for the last 12 months.
On pupose every week we were checking the score and was unchanged.
Last week, without any change (content, plugins, wordpress) from our side the speed Performance score dropped down to 69.
We would like to find someone to apply the fix to all site in order to increase back the score to +90
