Woocommerce (wordpress) small changes

Case 1
Each category has its own description and sub-description
below the products. We've made the description appear only on the first page of the category.
We would like the same to be done for the section below the product list
Ps. It very important that we use php code, it not good if we use css for hide
Case 2
We use slick slider, but we can't see images alt text in source code, we need to fix that problem
Case 3 (Mobile optimization)
This is simple css case, the selection buttons go down one by one, we would like to show 2 per line in mobile
