Woocommerce shop-action on product: Compare/Add to wishlist/Quick view

I am looking for a freelancer who can disable specific actions to my Woocommerce shop products, including Compare, Add to Wishlist, and Quick View. Ideally, the freelancer should have experience with CSS and be able to make small changes to the code to disable hover action on product quick view and add to wishlist.
Design-wise, I have specific preferences for how the actions should look and would love to work with a freelancer who can bring my vision to life. However, I am also open to suggestions if the freelancer has any design ideas that would enhance the user experience.
