Woocommerce product scenarios

We currently have a product scenario system built in by another coder on our Woocommerce website. On a product If an attribute is selected it removes other attributes that aren't compatible.

Currently it is running super slow. We would like to either speed it up or come up with a new solution that will run faster. Let me know what you can do.
