Woocommerce expert to make a professional webstore

Hello,
I consider to have my woocommerce webstore - Catertrader.dk, redesigned.
It has been done some times, but of different companies, so now the store takes up too much space and has become slow – And I am not satisfied with the results, so I think a complete new store is the way to go.
There are many products and data, which must be imported on the new site, with the right texts, prices ect.
I am looking to sell this company, so I would like a professional, easy to operate webstore – as automated as it can be.

- It is a B2B webstore, so VAT must be added on checkout ( prices are without VAT)

- Product template, which also has PDF attachments for some products
- Easy to maintain, operate and update. (open to suggestions)
I am looking for an estaimate to build a site like this, and how long time it will take to complete – approximately.
Also, I am very open to suggestions to get a professional webstore.
