Woocommerce, check if product has Giftwrap assigned

Would like to do the following within WooCommerce

1. On Cart & Checkout page,
a. check if product has Gift Wrapper option available
b. If it does, and user has not chosen Gift Wrapper, highlight the product and display options for Gift Wrapping

We use plugin Gift Wrapper
