Woocommerce and Zoho Integration work

CRM - ZOHO one + few addons already purchased

Following things i want to have from zoho
1. Chat & Ticketing System
- Better knowhow of the person on chat with all his possible details, synced from MYSITE.com woocommerce i.e. all order, useroinfo, etc. so that instant solution can be given
- Auto responder/ robots setupp - for orders status etc..
- Filtering and creating tkts on the basis of user is already a client or new etc ...

2. Use email account - currently MYSITE.com is using google workspace and want to switch to zoho to handle emails and bounces in better way

3. Transaction emails setup - all wordpress emails will be sent via zoho i.e. register, login, password, order email, etc..

a. Number of orders - 1, 2 ,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
b. Product wise -
c. Product category wise -
d. Country wise
e. Value wise
f. User role wise
g. Last order date wise - week, 15 days , 1 month , 2 month 3 month , 6 month
h. Tracking order
5. Sales emails - abaondaneed cart email series, order reviews, order follow up etc..
6. Drive - Allocate Common drive for all and
- Common Drive - all users access
- Design - only desinger and admin will have access
- Content- content and admin will have access
- Tech - Tech and admin will have access
- Customer care - CC and admin will have access

7. SMS setup
- got account with msg91, need to setup the autoresponder when order is placed or status get changed
- Campaign setup based on segmentation as setup for emails above
8. Both ways Data Sync - all user data i.e. user profiles, orders new and old. so that my team can work majorly on zoho instead of website for user data editing i.e. address, or deleting any accounts or its data
9. Social media setup - ive added personal pages and groups ... and want to add more .. need to understand it
