Woocommerce/Wordpress

We are needing our website fixed from someone who is knowledgeable about the problem and can help us for a great price. When we go in and add a testimonial, and we select a category for it to fall under, it sometimes doesn't show up on our website under the correct category. Also, we have a category under Testimonials, that isn't showing up under the website where it's supposed to either. Can you help us with this?
