Woocommerce Website Speed Optimization
Budget: ₹600 – ₹4,000 INR
My main priority is speed optimization.
We had another guy install WPRocket which broke our site and did more harm than good. 1) Images were minimized to poor pixelated quality, 2) product pages took 20seconds to show description and images. The setup was done in such a way that GTmetrix gives a better score but the whole customer experience was pathetic.
Keeping this in mind,
1) What would be your approach to optimization be and how will things be different than last time?
2) How experienced are you? Will you be able to do it yourself or would need a plugin?
3) How long would it take you?
4) What all changes do you usually make on sites?
Our current website (WooCommerce) is hosted on Digital Ocean, dedicated server which is managed by CloudWays. So this should help you immensely as well.
