Woocommerce Shipment Tracking

Hello there,
I use a woocommerce website that:
-Import orders from amazon/ebay by WP-LISTER Pro for Amazon:

Then a programm access trough the woocommerce rest API and gather all the shipping info, once everything is gathered and marked as "shipped" the program will send a feed to my woocommerce website that is then hooked by the plugin woocommerce shipment tracking:

This plugin once received all the shipping informations of the orders, will then send a feed trough WP-Lister for amazon to amazon seller central.
The problem is that the feed will send "custom" into "shipper name" instead of "BRT", this ruins the entire process.
I tried to add the code snippets mentioned by the FAQ of WP-Lister :

In both cases, i cant succeed to change that field..
If i disable Woocommerce shipment tracking plugin, the wplister plugin will send a feed with the correct courier name etc but will not send the tracking number.
If i disable WP-Lister plugin, the Woocommerce shipment tracking will send only the tracking number without the shipper name etc..

Can someone please help me? is a urgent thing that needs to be done now.
