Woocommerce Plugin Problem

I am using this plugin but our customer complaints that they put a prepaid order and it's showing payment pending and it's also not showing at our delivery path (Shiprocket). We don't know what's the problem, it's my humble request to you please resolve it and contact us or tell us the steps how can we solve this issue.
