Woocommerce Plugin Fix on Wordpress / Woocommerce website

We are looking for a freelancer who could fix an existing plugin on our wordpress / woocommerce site.
This plugin exports Woocommerce orders over a given period, in a CSV format with specific columns.
It works very well and the format does not need to be changed, however, some orders are missing in this export for a reason that escapes us.
We should therefore only fix this plugin by allowing it to export all orders with an existing invoice number.
