Woocommerce Order for other user on Frontend based on role.

1) Along with regular ordering process, we need to assign permission to a particular user role(Salesperson) to be able to create Order on behalf of other Customers. (I believe you'll need to create roles: Customer, Salesperson)
This needs to be processed at Frontend, We're using Woocommerce. We understand that it's a default feature at the admin portal for admin user, but we need this functionality at the frontend.
2) Salesperson should be able to select customer name first, and then add products to the cart.
3) Customer should exist in the system, if it's a new customer, provide Salesperson option to add this new user (role Customer). Also, Salesperson should be allowed to edit profile of existing customer (billing details and shipping details).
4) Salesperson should be able to add billing/shipping address of customer while adding, which should get auto-populated at the time of processing the order with option to add/edit the shipping address.
5) Salesperson should be able to add multiple products, apply coupon on cart page, select shipping method (woocommerce default functionality, should not break)
6) Order should get created for the customer and customer should be able to see the order through their login.
7) If customer directly signs in, he/she should be able to purchase any product (woocommerce default functionality should not break)
