Key Responsibilities:

- Integration of UGC Solutions: I'm keen on incorporating Product Reviews and Ratings, Social Media Sharing, as well as User-Generated Photos and Videos to boost customer engagement and trust. I am also keen on using Yotpo for these purposes.

- Rewards Program Implementation: I want to introduce a points-based system that rewards customers for various actions on the website. Your role will be to set up, manage, and possibly automate this system to enhance customer loyalty and drive more sales.
