Woocommerce Expert - Checkout processes Lags Once Submitted

Hi
We're looking for Experts Only that can handle tasks timely and proficiently. This will require ongoing work as we will be replacing our current developer. AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!
Current High Priority Issue: During the checkout process once the customer submits the order it hangs for 10 secs before a confirmation.
This is too long and causes customers to reload the page and get double charged.
We NEED the checkout confirmation to process quicker. I'm not sure if it's a plugin conflict, ajax issue, or code needed for the theme, etc.
