Woocommerce Data to CSV and upload

Products for woocommerce are in a word document format.
To be put into suitable format for woocommerce

I have a word document with 170 products and many variations.

In the variations it is like choose 1, choose 1 add one etc.

I need the products put into correctly into a csv.

Then the products uploaded to the WooCommerce site pls.

Beacuse of the amount of products how will you upload them?

For multiselect products, where there are options for user to choose more than 1 add on to their food item I am using this plug-in.

We are using this plug-in for multi select however open to change if you suggest.

I have been advised this below plugin is better.
