Woocommerce Custom theme.

Hello freelancers,
the requirement its so simple, we have this woocommerce theme:

But my client doesnt like the theme and they want the custom layout i attach in the PDF file (its in spanish, please translate the higlight in yellow because its a guide to understand the layout).
So, if you want you can change the css of the actual theme in order to get the same design as the pdf file, or you can create a theme from zero, whatever has the better time to deliver.
