Woocommerce Custom Variation Functionality

Hi there, I need someone who is professional on WooCommerce customisations.
I have a products that needs to have separated variations. For example. The product is a women swimsuit.
We need variations like colour, cut, Size for top and Size for bottom. The colours and the cuts it is okay to add them with the WooCommerce variations. But the Size Top and Size bottom should be custom.
I need the use to be able to select the TOP or the BOTTOM or BOTH! That's the tricky part. Also the top and the bottom have different price and different quantity for different colours and sizes.
I have created something custom with ACF fields but it's only visual, doesn't actually add the variations in the cart along with the product and also I can't specify quantity for specific colour for specific size. Here is a screenshot of what I have done so far.
