WooCommerce widget and archive images customization (PLEASE READ FIRST)

Hello,
I have WooCommerce website (using woodmart theme) that I need to do the following tasks:
1- Widget changes
In shop page there are three main category (i.e. cloths, electronics, homeware)
There are many sub-categories underneath each main category. i.e. (cloths: shoes, bags, T-shirts, hats, Dresses, Socks, Pants, etc) (Electronics: Mobile, Laptops, headphones, gadgets, power banks, etc) (Homeware: Kitchenware, Coffee & Tea Sets, Dining & Serveware, Furniture & Home Décor).
Currently there is a widget in the shop page that shows all the categories and sub-categories which is wrong.
What I need is when user clicks on cloths the widget shows cloths sub-categories only, same for electronics and homeware.
2- Images in shop page are in different size which makes the shop page looks bad. I need to make all images (more than 30,000 products) in one size.
