WooCommerce shipping expert

I am looking for a WooCommerce shipping expert to help me set up new shipping rates for my online store.
Specifically, I need assistance in configuring the shipping rates for UPS & USPS as my preferred shipping carrier thru Pirate ship.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Extensive knowledge of WooCommerce and its shipping settings
- Experience in setting up shipping rates for UPS
- Familiarity with configuring shipping zones and methods
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the setup process
New web site signteam dot us , in some materials like PVC or yard signs I want to have free shipping on $50 or more and option for overnight pay options and if the sign they order is bigger than 24"x36" that will not allow to be ship only pick up and show that that size is only pick up available. The sizes are an input from the customer on the website not a fix size but a size that the customer is input in their end . Also need to incorporate pirateship to website for rates. Can you do that?
