WooCommerce - import list with subcategories from Excel and images

For a new WooCommerce webshop we need to setup / primary fill the store with articles. The articles are kept (until today) in an Excel list with different categories and sizes/colors/types. The related images are available in a folder and named accordingly. We need you to setup the structure in WooCommerce, import the articles once and make the images available (import) and linked to the articles.
Extra advantage is knowledge of YooTheme (Template builder Wordpress).
