WooCommerce customization

i need to edit the shop loop to show an array of

category1
(product 1, product 2...)
category 2
(product 1, product 2...)

you have to take into consideration
- if the category is empty it will show "no product was found"
- order of the categories should be taken from specific wordpress menu as there are no certain order can be set on WooCommerce categoroies
- order of the products should be taken from WooCommerce order settings
