WooCommerce E-commerce Site for Physical Products

I am seeking the expertise of a website designer to create an nice looking e-commerce platform similar to barberdth.com or tattooeverything.com. The required development environment is localhost. Since the inventory is not yet established, the site should feature several placeholder products, with the capability to incorporate additional items later. Essential components include a hamburger menu for categories(for now need 6-7 catagories,1-2 product in each) ,mobile friendly, payment processing options, and a system for inventory management.etc.
