WP / WooCommerce / E-commerce - Maintenance: Joyor Scooter

We are the JOYOR Electric Scooters Company, with six years of implementation in Spain. From our offices in Barcelona we sell VPM (Personal Mobility Vehicles) throughout Europe. Our audiences are both BtoC and BtoB.
We currently have an e-commerce https://joyorscooter.com and we are evaluating a change of web maintenance service provider and a change of expert technical service in Wordpress ecommerce through Woocommerce. The payment modality in which we are interested is through a bag of hours for the projects that we are implementing.
While there are many areas for improvement, the first challenge is to improve the speed of the web that is well below the standards that we should meet. Do you provide that service? What would your prices be?
Our goal is not to order a new website, but rather to improve the existing one and to start the first related projects: speed up the website, add New payment methods, new forms, create the BtoB area, practical integration with Holded, etc.
