WooCommerce E-commerce Development

Hi,
This project is for one of my clients. I am a web developer myself just busy with other projects; so don't play tricks with price.
I am looking for a normal WooCommerce Project:
-Arabic RTL and English LTR (Already have WPML License).
-Not Multi-Vendor.
- Must be appealing.
-Responsive.
-Secure.
-Fast
-I will be adding the products, descriptions, and images, and some products have videos.
-Shipment will be done manually.
-On the checkout page, the user needs to pin his location on Google map
Payment gateway:
-Ziina.com
-Apple Pay

- At the end, there will be training for the client.
Payment terms.
3 Milestones:
- First draft
-Final submission
-After training.
