WooCommerce booking form

Just want to add simple booking form , and inquery form to product
like three button
"Add to cart" or "book for fitting" or "Enquiry "
add to cart is already there
enquiry form very simple, same as what we got on home page as pup up
book for fitting " just a pup up form as name , Car details , phone number email address, and date , Date must be showing two days later from current date and not available for book on sunday
