WooCommerce Subscriptions

Hi, I need to change the timing of the WooCommerce Retry Failed Payments Subscriptions on my website. Currently it retries 4 times a week and then cancels. I need it to retry 5 times a month instead. I tried to implement what was given in the docs but it doesn't seem to be working. Need an experienced developer to adjust the code which is already in a custom plugin I made.
